- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The hygienists and dentists are good and are more than happy to answer all of your questions. They are a little behind the times with some of their technology but are in the process of upgrading their equipment which is a great move on their part. You leave with that clean teeth feeling. My concern with this place is their office staff, they give you the impression that they don't want to be there and you are a chore as soon as you check in or even ask a question. Even when you are sitting in the dentist chair you hear comments from the hygienists and dentists about the front staff and not in a good way. The office staff are not willing to work with people and make simple situations complicated. With or without dental insurance I seem to get charged a different amount for the same procedures. I have seen less office staff in bigger dental offices which seem more efficient and on top of things. Based on the front staff alone they have lost customers and have caused more issues for a simple general office visit than its worth.January 12, 2017by James Blanch
